Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
We deliver your orders to anywhere within Sri Lanka. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Moby.LK delivery partner with tracking information. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Delivery will be absolutely free for the products where the value is more than LKR 50,000.00 for islandwide. For other products, shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
We do not support international shipping at the moment.
Returns
All the products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting from the delivery. In such a case where it was found a damaged item or missing parts, it must be immediately informed to the delivery person and deny accepting the product. Moby.LK will assume the product was in good condition if it was accepted from the delivery and returns or refunds requests shall not be accepted.
However, order cancellation requests may be considered depending on the situation (i.e. due to an error in the Moby.lk website) if the product was not delivered at the time.
